Orders may be received via email, the website, fax (our fax is 402-341-8359), or mail. All requested information must be completed and signed or include an authorized purchase order before the order moves into production. This includes any necessary artwork, logo details, and/or additional copy information.

Cancelled /Change Orders: Cancellation or changes after an order is in process require payment for work performed.T

Terms

The Cool School Folder Company accepts payments via check or credit card. We do not ship COD. Returned checks incur a $25 return charge and we reserve the right to stop production on any orders in-house until accounting issues are resolved. We reserve the right to require prepayment on any order before beginning production. Product is invoiced for the amount shipped at the time of shipping. Payment terms for open accounts are within 30 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right to bill finance charges at 1.5% per month on the total unpaid balance. All prices in this catalog are based on US currency and out of country orders must be prepaid by credit card at the value of the US dollar.

Quantity shipped and billed:  Be sure to order enough! The Cool School Folder Company understands the critical point of staying within budget, so we do not ship or bill more than the ordered quantity.  Because of the extensive processes offered, it is possible for personalized orders to a ship up to 10% less than the original order, non-personalized may ship up to 5% less. The Cool Folder Company invoices only for actual amount shipped. If customer requires exact quantity, there is a 10% surcharge applied to the order. 

Volume discounts: Each style, imprint, and size are separate orders and will be priced accordingly. If your district or school group would like to place several orders together for a “volume discount” these will be specially estimated and reviewed. In those cases, the quote information must be supplied with the order.
